Advent Season

Join us this Advent as we journey through a new series: "The Inn: Housing the Holy" from Worship Design Studio.  We will connect with our community and find new and exciting ways to celebrate hope, joy, peace and love together.  We'd love to see you here: Sundays @ 10:20 am. Christmas Eve, 5:30 pm (children's service) & 11:30 pm, Candlelight.

Vaccine Clinic at SUMC

In conjunction with the Pierce Co. Dept. of Health, Spanaway UMC will be hosting 3 more COVID-19 vaccine clinics; Nov. 15, and Dec. 6 & 20.  The clinics will run from 10-3 pm, located just inside the church, in the Narthex.  All 3 types of vaccines will be available (Moderna, Pfizer & Johnson & Johnson), as well as boosters. Vaccines are FREE to ALL.

Current Worship Protocol During COVID-19

Spanaway UMC continues to follow the Washington State DOH’s mandate requiring face masks for everyone over five years of age in most public indoor settings regardless of vaccination status. Masks are required for all worshippers. Singing is permitted for those fully vaccinated and we are requesting those that are not fully vaccinated please refrain from singing. We appreciate the love and compassion you show for one another!
