In December we celebrated the Hanging of the Greens and Advent as we prepare for Christ's birth at Christmas. Hanging of the Greens is a service that describes and remembers why we have and use the symbols of Christmas. Advent, 'looks forward' to Christmas day and helps us prepare our hearts for Christmases true meaning.
We also celebrate the season with a Children's Christmas program and a re- reading of the Epiphany Story, in which the Wise Men visited Jesus after his birth.
